FR. ANIL PHILIP CMI

MISSION: Inspire the new world especially of young generation through the new visual culture, and passionately participate in the new wave of digital social media culture for the glory of God and to the benefit of the people who are living in this new media society

Fr. Anil Philip CMI is a catholic priest who works in Malayalam film industry as film director and working as the Director of Chavara cultural centre kochi one of the best cultural interaction centers in Kerala. Fr. Anil was ordained as a CMI priest in 2007 January first. He did his graduation in Malayalam literature from Mahatmagandhi University and post graduated in Journalism& mass communication from Calicut University

He did the post graduate diploma in film direction and television broadcasting from Neo Film School Cochin. Presently he is actively working in film making process and media communication and broad casting field. He is also involved in the cultural and social affiares of Chavara cultural centre and participates in the socio – cultural needs of the people around.

He published his first book “NJANATHINTE PUSTHAKAM” in 2006

He published his second book “AVANTE NAAL VAZHIKAL ENTEUM” in 2010

He directed the first movie “Madhuram EE Jeevitham” in 2018

He did his second movie “Michael’s Coffee House” in 2021

Fr. Fr. Anil Philp's impactful interreligious speeches have been instrumental in promoting dialogue, understanding, and unity among diverse communities, earning him the esteemed Confederation of NRI Associations Global NRI Award for Peace and Tolerance.

In 2017 as the Editor in charge he revamped the Moolyasruthi magazine and made it as one of the best public magazine in Malayalam language. Now he is heading as the Chief Editor of this magazine.

He started a new media plat form namely Chavara media house productions to co ordinate the media innovations.

In 2021 he started the new concept of virtual tv plat form Namely lifenet tv channel as a public virtual tv channel providing quality content.
